Games that won't load, controls that don't respond, ads that are acting up — tell us specifically which game and what happened, and it'll get looked at. Bug reports are the fastest thing we act on, since a broken game is a bad experience for everyone who hits it after you.
Got a game you think belongs in the library? Suggest it. We're always adding new titles and genuinely take suggestions into account.
We're a small team, so not every message gets a personal reply, but everything gets read, and anything that looks like a real bug jumps ahead of the rest.
If your message is about something outside the usual bug report or suggestion — a partnership, a game you built, anything like that — just say so clearly at the start so it doesn't get filed under the wrong pile.
